About:
XEBRA is a closed-source Japanese PlayStation emulator. It focuses on accuracy and only outputs in native resolution.
It is one of the only PlayStation emulators to include compatibility with PocketStation. Because of its accuracy, it can be slow, but it works with almost all models.
Information about Android version:
A secure but nasty Google regulation requires Android 11+ users to move files to the [Android/data/com.dokutajigokusai.xebra/files/] folder. You can do it with this app, but I recommend using an app like File Explorer.
You can also download the old regulation apk from [https://admob-app-id-8674893626.web.app/] and install it manually.
Check How to Use XEBRA for PC and Reddit Guide.
Emulating PocketStation:
Method A
- Download both XEBRA and PK201.
- Put everything in a folder together with respective FROM, KROM and OSROM files.
- Run PK201 and do the initial setup, select File -> Save STAT and close it.
- Run XEBRA, select whatever game you like, then select Run -> Power(1) to start the game.
- When in game, select Run -> Outer Card to start PocketStation emulation.
- Enjoy your Chocobo Worlds or whatever.
Method B
- Download both XEBRA and PK201.
- Put everything in a folder together with respective FROM, KROM and OSROM files. (Except PK201.DLL).
- Run PK201 and do the initial setup, select File -> Save STAT, select View -> Turn, select Run -> Start Card.
- Run XEBRA, select whatever game you like, then select Run -> Power(1) to start the game.
- When in game, select Run -> Outer Card to start PocketStation emulation.

- If it is much slower than usual do the Method A.
